Cacti

I am on a cactus kick lately. I have been looking at cell phone cases, planter pots, so logically I had to do cactus nails.  That beautiful coral color with color shifting flakies is Painted Polish Coral Crusader.

The cute little cacti are stamped from Uber Chic mini Succulents plate with Mo You Black Knight. I filled in using Orly Vintage. Now that I brought this color out I can not wait to paint my toes with it. How summery is that color?!? I thought it needed something so I added a couple little blooms using KB Shimmer Lei It Again.

Because I wanted this look to be super glossy I added Glisten and Glow top coat for that shine.

ILNP Sunday

I have gone slightly off track with ILNP Hatched collection lately. But I am back Sunday which is a pastel pink with bright fuchsia flakies.

This color just screams strawberry milkshake to me. So I improvised with these cute little strawberries from Whats Up Nails B008.

I stamped with Mo You Black Knight, the light pink in the center is Color Club Je T'aime, the green is Mo You Hello Absinthe, and the stunning red is Cirque Strawberry Fields.

Dirty Thirty Succulents

I have no luck with keeping real plants alive so I figured I could at least put some cute little plants on my nails.

I have searched high and low for this plate to figure out which one I used. I can not for the life of me find it, I will keep looking and update this post once I do.

My base color is two coats of Painted Polish Dirty Thirty which is this dusty purple with rainbow flakies inside.

I filled in the images using all Mo You London stamping polishes. I used Hello Asbienthe, Mint Condition, and Soft Berry.

Of coarse the only top coat I use is Glisten and Glow's.

ILNP Bluebird

I can not seem to get enough of this Hatched collection from ILNP. I will probably end up doing a look with each color.

This beauty is called Bluebird. Very fitting name. I will say these polishes do look the best in three coats. Something about that third coat just makes them look even creamier.

I had a rough time getting this stamp to work with me. I probably had to stamp and fill it at least 12 times. For some reason the original colors I wanted just didn't look right or the polish wouldn't dry and it would smear awful.

I used this beautiful floral plate from What's Up Nails B044 for the flowers and filled in using Glisten & Glow Eyes White Open, Zoya Lief, the black is Painted Polish Midnight Mischief.

Of coarse to finish off the look I used HK girl topcoat by Glisten & Glow.

Valentine’s Cupcakes

I’m still a bit rusty and working on getting back into stamping. I’m going for more simple then elaborate looks but these cupcakes are still cute as can be. I may have to make some real life ones for Friday.

Painted Polish’s Red As Cherry Pie is the perfect base with its shiny red glitter.

The cupcakes are stamped with Painted Polish’s Stamped in Pink with the UberChic Love and Marriage 02 plate.

The candied heart is filled in with KB Shimmer’s Eye White Open, the icing is KB Shimmer’s Grin and Gerbera It, and the base is Color Club’s Feathered Hair Out To There.

As always I finished it off with Glisten & Glow top coat. I did use two coats because the cupcakes were a little thicker from filling them in and I wanted a smooth finish.

Hedgehog Love

Well, it’s been a very long time. I am trying to get back into my love of all things nail art. I figured what better way then to start with cute Valentine’s Day nails.

I’m a bit rusty so my stamping isn’t as good as it used to be and I need a new white stamping polish but overall I think these are adorable.

I started with two layers of Color Club’s Je Taime before going in with UberChic plate 6-02 for the the swirls.

The cute hedgehog is from UberChic love and marriage 02. I stamped with black and filled in using Opi Samoan Sand for his stomach, Orly Prince Charming for his spikes, and Opi Quarter of a Cent-Cherry for the heart.

Of coarse I am still using my beloved Glisten and Glow top coat.

Candy Coated Camera Nails

I have been on an Indie polish kick lately so next up on my list is Glitter Daze. I picked up a few colors from their Space Candy collection. I will say that I had a hard time using the brushes on these polishes. The website said that it has a wide brush but I felt like they were more small and round instead of flat and wide. They took some getting used to to get even coverage. Other than that they are amazing polishes. The colors are so bright and the formula is very smooth. I had very minimal streaking with the first layer and it completely leveled out on the second coat.

The bright candy pink base coat is called Cosmic Cake. I just can't seem to stop using Painted Polish's Stamped In Pink 2. It just seems to be my favorite stamping pink right now. Both stamping images came from UberChic plate 6-02. I made a decal of the cameras using Glitter Daze Intergalactic Sprinkles and Lunar Cravings to fill in the images. I used a quick layer of Inm Out The Door to make the decal. After applying it on my nails I used Glisten and Glow Hk Girl top coat to seal the decal down and give a high gloss shine.

I love how cutesy and cartoon-like these came out.
