Chelsea Girl

I was dying for bright blue nails the other night and thought "I have got to try my new color club polish." Once I started to apply it I got so disappointed. It was so streaky. I almost never have to do more then two coats of polish to get a smooth finish. This one took at least 3 and could have probably used 4. In the bottle it looks like this pretty bright blue neon. It goes on like a jelly so it has that rubber look and is way more sheer then I expected. Overall I just was not happy. It came back off after I took photo.s
