I just love a good pink polish. It makes me feel so girly. This is Opi's 50 Is The New Fabulous. It was part of their limited edition duo collection they released but you can still find it places online like Amazon.
I like that it isn't super neon pink. It is a darker pink with a bluish hue to it I would say. I am not the best at describing colors so please forgive me. Something like this is great for whatever season. I think its dark enough to be great for fall but you could still rock this during the summer time. I have worn it on my toes and just loved it.
I hope you all are having a wonderful day!

Glowy Jellies
I just had to play with my new Bundle Monster Sunkissed stamping plates as soon as they came in. I didn't do anything super special, I just wanted to see how well they stamped really.
Polishes used: Duri Rejuvacote and China Glaze Man hunt
Stamping plate BM 504 with Color Club Modern Pink
Top Coat: Glisten and Glow Hk Girl and China Glaze Ghoulish Glow
I did fill in the jellies with glow in the dark polish. Unfortunately my camera just did not want to pick it up in the dark. I will be getting a black light soon because with Halloween coming up soon I am sure to be wanting lots of glowly looks.
Hope you all are having a wonderful day!

Elementary My Dear Dr. Watson
I am pretty sure that by the time they release Sherlock season 4 I will have become an old woman. That being said there was no way that I could pass up the chance to do my nails to show my support.
These are definitely more of a BBC Sherlock than Sir Arther Doyle look. For anyone who has seen the show you should be able to recognize where I drew inspiration from. If you haven't seen the show you have to Netflix it right now. Your life will be changed forever. Benedict Cumberbatch is just...yum. Anyways back to the nails.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!

FingerPaints Gel Polish
Not too long ago I purchased my first gel starter set. The set is from gelish. I am still trying to get the hang of using it as it is a bit different than applying regular polish. My first few attempts I kept getting air bubbles that would pop once I cured leaving holes in my polish.
I wanted to show off this gorgeous blue by FingerPaints. The color is called Cool Blue Harmony. I have looking for a teal type of color as I didn't have one in my collection. The pay off was great. Two coats was all it took to reach opacity.
All photos were before I applied my moisturizer so please ignore my dry cuticles. I am working on getting them in better shape. The only down side I would say to the gel system is that the top coat is not really shiny. It is not completely matte but it doesn't have a high gloss sheen either. I am hoping to find a different top coat in the future.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Polar Bear Nail Fail
Not every look I try come out how I want them. I feel like we sometimes forget just how many times a person can do a mani to achieve something they are happy with. Today I want to show a fail of mine. It seems like everything went wrong. The black stamping polish smeared and didn't even pick up well, my dots came out wonky, and on my left hand I stamped way off base with my nail and only got half the image on my nail. Never the less I will try this look again. I am planning to get new black stamping polish soon and hopefully that will help with the issues I have been having lately. So if you are reading this and always wonder how bloggers always seem to have perfect manis remember that every one has bad days too. Practice, practice, practice.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Harp on Stock-holm?
I purchased Opi's Do you have this color in stock-holm? a while back but never got around to using it. Today was the day I decided it had to be used.
The color is STUNNING, unfortunately I was not overly impressed with the formula. I used two coats here and you can still see that it is patchy in some areas. I am sure with three coats you would be fine but I didn't see the point since I was going to stamp over it. I would definitely call it a crelly formula, but closer to a jelly then a cream in my opinion.
Because I am me and I am obsessed with stamping you know I had to put something over top of this. My last go with using a holo to stamp with didn't come out great so I wanted to give it a go again. I am so happy with how this look turned out. It has a subtle pattern to it until it hits the lights, then BAM! holo goodness.
